Qualifications:

Ø  Over 15 years experience in Server 2003/2008, Exchange, Novell Netware implementation and support.

Ø  Microsoft Windows XP and Vista experience stand-alone or in a networked environment.

Ø  User installation, training and support for Microsoft Office products.

Ø  User support for a variety of third party software products.

Ø  Experienced with a wide variety of PC hardware maintenance and support including: memory and disk upgrades, motherboard and CPU replacement, NIC card installation, digital cameras, scanner and networked color printer installation.

Ø  Internet Wan/Lan installation and support.

Ø  DHCP router and firewall experience, Symantec Antivirus Software.

Ø  Accounting system implementation and support experience through P&L and Balance Sheet.

Ø  Retail, POS, touchscreen setup and installation experience

Ø  Experience with database and report writer applications.

Ø  Over 25 year of experience in custom system development from design through implementation

Ø  System development experienced in a variety of languages (Cobol, Business Basic, RPG).

Ø  Cobol development on Honeywell mainframe, HP3000 minicomputer and PC networked environments

Ø  Currently providing support for distribution, manufacturing, retail(Country Clubs and retail store) and professionals(Law Firms).
